The challenge
Protect Our Winters (POW) has a strong global presence and is recognised as a leading NGO in the outdoor adventure sports sector advocating for climate action.
Yet, despite their strong brand, POW EU felt directionless. They needed a clear, inspiring narrative — a guiding North Star — to align their chapters and amplify their mission across Europe. They sought powerful, precise words to clarify their purpose and energize their community, providing a solid foundation for growth and impact.

Our Approach
We worked closely with the POW EU team to uncover their long-term vision and the actionable path to reach it. Through a collaborative process, we refined POW’s mission, values, and impact narrative, creating a unifying language to rally the outdoor community toward climate action. The goal was to develop messaging that would resonate across languages and national boundaries, sparking a cohesive, inspiring movement throughout Europe.
