Our AI Oath

As creative storytellers, we’ve always believed our real craft lies in how we listen, how we notice, and how we shape meaning. AI doesn’t replace that. It simply gives us more space to do it well.
This oath sets out how we use AI with care, creativity, and integrity. It will evolve as the technology evolves.
1. Creativity first
AI is a tool, not the talent. It helps us work faster and think wider, but every idea, story, and strategic decision is guided — and owned — by a human being. We use AI to open creative doors, not to shut humans out of the room.
2. Human judgement at the heart of every project
No output leaves our studio without thoughtful review. We check, refine, and re-shape whatever AI contributes so it feels true to the brand, true to the brief, and true to the people we serve. AI adds efficiency; humans bring meaning.
3. Protecting the stories entrusted to us
Clients trust us with their purpose, their voice, and sometimes their vulnerabilities. We treat that stewardship with care. Anything generated by AI goes through the same quality, accuracy, and authenticity checks as any other work.
4. Clear responsibility and oversight
We’re open about when and how AI has supported our work. We review facts, claims, and insights with the same rigour as always. Accountability isn’t automated — it sits with us.
5. Respecting privacy and confidentiality
We never put sensitive, personal, or confidential client information into AI tools. Your ideas stay your ideas. Your data stays protected. If something ever goes wrong, we’ll be transparent and act quickly to put it right.
6. Continuous learning, conscious use
AI is moving fast. We stay curious and keep learning — testing tools, exploring best practice, and regularly reviewing how we use AI to make sure it supports our values, not shortcuts them.
7. Ethical storytelling above all else
We guide AI, and we check it carefully, so the work we produce remains inclusive, fair, and kind. No bias, no misrepresentation, no shortcuts that compromise truth. Our goal is always to create work that helps people think, feel, and act in positive ways.
8. Considering our environmental impact
Technology has a footprint. We aim to use AI tools responsibly, choosing lower-impact options where possible and staying informed about sustainable practices as this field develops.
9. Transparency builds trust
If a client wants to know how AI helped shape their project, we’ll tell them — clearly and openly. Good stories are built on trust, and so are good partnerships.
